For credit card payments, you will receive a form to complete along with a payment confirmation e-mail.

For check payments, please mail the check to:

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. All students must bring their own laptop – laptops are not provided.
2. Tuition prepayment is required – payment needs to be processed prior to the class. 
3. Once this registration form has been completed and submitted along with payment, the student will receive two e-mails. The first will be a confirmation e-mail from Network Instruments that simply confirms a seat at the registered class. Please do not book your travel arrangements until you receive the second e-mail that includes directions and lodging information. This e-mail will be sent 3-4 weeks prior to the class. 
4. Travel arrangements are the student’s responsibility and Network Instruments, LLC assumes no liability for any cancellation fees that may be incurred.
5. Cancellation Policy – to avoid incurring cancellation penalties, please cancel or reschedule (in writing) 30 working days prior to the start date of the registered course.
