A 'necessary tool' for VoIP deployment
Paul Langway, CEO of PVP Sales Inc., said Observer 11's VoIP analysis capabilities are going to be a must-have for anyone rolling out a voice network. PVP Sales, a Ringwood, N.J., reseller and systems integrator, has been beta testing the tool. The company's customers include AT&T, Barnes & Noble, Comcast and New York University. "They really took it to the next level," he said. "Clients are deploying VoIP and not understanding the impact. I'm looking at this tool as a way to do pre-deployment testing."
