Inside Sales Representative

Network Instruments is currently seeking an Inside Sales Representative to introduce and sell selected Network Instruments’ products to the SMB market and work to coordinate activities with the outside sales team. The primary duty involves tracking and following up on the leads that the organization generates based on web marketing.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

  • Meet or exceed monthly or annual targets
  • Identify decision makers amongst the targeted leads in order to start the sales process
  • Understand how to utilize internet resources such as LinkedIn, Manta, Hoovers, etc, to fill in additional information on leads such as phone number, address, and role within the organization, etc.
  • Maintain and expand the database of prospects of the organization and documenting appropriately in company’s CRM package
    Coordinate effective product demos for end-users customers as well as for resellers
  • Emphasize service or product features and benefits, discussing appropriate credit terms, and quoting prices
  • Handle the needs (ie. quotes, calls, etc) of Territory Managers and customers within the U.S. and Canada
  • Create and deliver qualified opportunities to Territory Managers where appropriate
  • Work closely with internal team members and external sales and service teams to ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Cooperate with sales supervisor to determine essential strategic approaches for sales
  • Handle changes in sales orders and communicate these changes with appropriate departments
  • Capture accurate and complete information in Salesforce.

REQUIRED SKILLS, EDUCATION, OR EXPERIENCE:

  • Must have network and infrastructure knowledge
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, self-directed environment
  • Excellent telephone skills, an enthusiastic, positive personality that can be felt over the phone
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with Salesforce a plus
  • College degree preferred
  • Relevant training in Inside Sales / Telemarketing
  • Minimum five years experience

Electrical Engineer

Network Instruments LLC is looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer with 5+ years of implementing high speed FPGA design using VHDL and designing high-speed electronic circuits.

Job responsibilities:

  • Bring cutting edge high-speed FPGA designs from specification to final production
  • Define and research components for use in design
  • Schematic entry and management using Orcad
  • Work with PCB layout designers for layout and checking the board files for correctness
  • Bring final design through regulatory testing

The individual must be able to demonstrate the following skills:

  • Advanced knowledge of VHDL design and verification
  • High speed digital and analog circuit design and troubleshooting

Technical Sales Engineer Central & Eastern Europe

Responsibilities:

  • supporting the Sales Manager in the sales process
  • reviewing clients networks and needs to design solutions
  • conducting presentations on product benefits and technical attributes to a variety of audiences
  • product installations and trainings

Candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • minimum four years technical experience in networks
  • taking responsibilities and self-motivated

  • desire to learn a very technical product and travel for trainings to UK and USA
